Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced.

If the order is cancelled in time, a full refund will be issued.

Once the product has been shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send returned items back to the manufacturer.

Customers are only responsible for shipping costs once, including returns.

No restocking fee will be charged.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
